Inspired from the image of “Luong Long Trieu Nhat”, Phat Tich bridge appears with images of two dragons Yin and Yang, symbolizing Lac Long Quan and Au Co – the ancestors of ancient Vietnamese. In the Vietnamese mentality, the dragon is always a sacred animal, symbolizing power and nobility. These two Yin-Yang dragons together with their heads into the Guan deer placed in the South, the Sun symbol with the flame surrounding. It is also the “Luong Long Trieu Nhat” symbol which is often found on the communal house roofs, a stylized form of the Goddes. SLA tries our best to bring the Vietnamese national value to our design idea, to tell a story of an ancestral gratitude with the light, to honor the historical value of the project as a way to commemorate our ancestors.
