In this new urban area nestled along Ha Long Bay, we are dedicated to crafting a diverse atmosphere that transitions from the urban edge to the seashore and marina. Our urban lighting strategy has been meticulously developed into five distinct lighting atmospheres, each designed to bring a unique character to the urban design and create new landscapes that enhance wayfinding and communication across the site, both during the day and night. Facade lighting is also a crucial component of our strategy, adhering to our principles of nightscape design with a keen focus on light pollution mitigation, including considerations for light direction, intensity, and color temperature.

For the event plaza, we envisioned special high masts that not only serve as support for temporary event equipment but also eliminate the need for additional structures for this purpose. This design approach not only accommodates the event space but also complements the event equipment, such as light projections, video screens, and sound systems, for the regular events that take place here.
